SUBOA is made up of Chief Business Officers each unit of the University, including the System-wide Administration and the Research Foundation of State University of New York. The charge of this group is to serve as an advisory group and as consultants to the System-wide Administration of the State University; to give organized and effective direction in the development of improved principles and practices of educational business administration in order that the members may serve more efficiently the educational objectives of their institutions and the State University of New York.
